Anyone coming into the City of Baldwin Park to film requires a Permit, obtainable in the Finance Department at City Hall. Additional required paperwork is noted on the application, Application and all required paperwork needs to be turned in 12 days before the filming event - no exceptions. The fee is $165 for the first day and $138 every day after. No fees are paid until the application is approved.
