Hometown Heroes Military Banner Recognition (PDF)

The City of Baldwin Park is looking for Baldwin Park residents who are currently serving on active duty in the military. The service person will be honored with a banner that will display his/her name and will be proudly hung on a thoroughfare within the city limits.
