Residents must have active trash service in Baldwin Park to participate in the FREE bulky item collection program. FREE pick up, once a week at NO COST, up to 52 times a year. To schedule a free bulky item pick-up, please contact Waste Management no later than 12:00pm (noon) on Wednesday.

Unscheduled bulky items must not be placed on the public street, parkway, or anywhere visible from the public right-of-way at any time (Monday through Sunday). Violations may result in administrative fines in accordance with the City’s Municipal Code.

Scheduled bulky items must not be placed out too early on the public street, parkway, or in public view from Saturday through Wednesday. Items scheduled for collection may only be placed out the day before your regular trash collection Service by Waste Management.

Violators who fail to comply with the City’s Municipal Code Sections 50.09, 97.049, 95.02(g), and 95.02(e) may be issued Administrative Citations ranging from $100.00 to $500.00 per violation.
