Foreclosure Program

FORECLOSURE REGISTRATION PROGRAM
The Code Enforcement Division pro-actively address issues that may arise from foreclosed properties through a comprehensive Foreclosure Registration Program aimed at preventing blight associated with properties in this condition and working with property owners to ensure adequate maintenance and safety. The beneficiaries, trustees or any agents who cause a Notice of Default to be recorded on a property is required to register with the City with 10 days following the filing of the notice. This approach ensures that all responsible parties are identified prior to the property becoming vacant or blighted. After a property is registered with the City, Code Enforcement staff conducts routine inspections to ensure no violation is occurring.

Registration of property may be completed by completing and submitting the below forms and registration fee.
